Are you remodeling your kitchen, building a new home, or adding a master suite? This service would be the best option for you. Begin the process with a phone call to discuss the scope of your project as well as your budget. If you’d like to move forward, next is a free 30 - 60 minute in-home consultation with Elm Home Design at your project location.  This initial meeting will determine the scope of the full project, budget, and time frame.  Our design team will get a grasp on your design inspiration and vision for the project.  This helps you get to know our team and determine if we are a good fit for your project.

Once you have had an initial design consultation and you have chosen to move forward with Elm Home Design on your project, you will sign a design retainer form along with a minimum non-refundable deposit starting at $3,500. This fee is based on the scope of your project. Elm Home Design will prepare a detailed design concept. Depending on your project, it may also include 3-D renderings of your space, a design presentation, a rough estimate for your project, as well as a turn key contract proposal to work with Elm Home Design.

Once the plans are finalized, we will manage all aspects of the project including hiring electrician, plumber, painter, and any other needed subcontractors.  Elm Home Design will manage all of their schedules and ensure all aspects of your project run smoothly from start to finish. 

Cost: starting at $3,500 (based on project scope), non-refundable design retainer, Additional Cost to be determined by the project and will be detailed in the contract
