Are you looking for some creative guidance on design layout, selecting finishes, or some combination of both? This service would be the best option for you. Begin the process with a short phone call and a discussion of your plans for the space. If you choose to move forward, a $550 non-refundable design retainer deposit is required at this time. Then a meeting in your home is scheduled. We will then begin our hourly design process at $105 per hour. This may include, but is not limited to, choosing furniture, re-purposing existing furniture and décor within your home, shopping for furniture, flooring, accessories and wall décor. We can also provide installation of these items at an additional cost.

Cost: $550 & up non-refundable design retainer, $105/hour (travel time will be included)

ONLINE STYLE COACHING

Are you interested in working with Elm Home Design, but you live out of state? This service may be the best option for you. Begin the process with an email or phone call that would briefly communicate your design needs. To move forward, a $550 non-refundable design retainer deposit is required. An extended phone call and email communication with Elm Home Design will follow discussing your design style and the desired outcome for your space. This service requires input and communication on your part, such as, sending photos, design inspiration photos, emailing a sketch of the room layout with wall measurements, etc. This option would include digital mood boards, digital copies of floor plans and layout options, and product lists of all furniture and decor selected and suggested for your space. The cost is $105 per hour. Additional modifications to any plans and design are still billed at $105 per hour.

Are you remodeling your kitchen, building a new home, or adding a master suite? This service would be the best option for you. Begin the process with a phone call to discuss the scope of your project as well as your budget. If you’d like to move forward, next is a free 30 - 60 minute in-home consultation with Elm Home Design at your project location.  This initial meeting will determine the scope of the full project, budget, and time frame.  Our design team will get a grasp on your design inspiration and vision for the project.  This helps you get to know our team and determine if we are a good fit for your project.

Once you have had an initial design consultation and you have chosen to move forward with Elm Home Design on your project, you will sign a design retainer form along with a minimum non-refundable deposit starting at $3,500. This fee is based on the scope of your project. Elm Home Design will prepare a detailed design concept. Depending on your project, it may also include 3-D renderings of your space, a design presentation, a rough estimate for your project, as well as a turn key contract proposal to work with Elm Home Design.

Once the plans are finalized, we can work with you to manage all aspects of the project including hiring electrician, plumber, painter, and any other needed subcontractors.  Elm Home Design will manage all of their schedules and ensure all aspects of your project run smoothly from start to finish. 

Cost: starting at $3,500 (based on project scope), non-refundable design retainer, Additional Cost to be determined by the project and will be detailed in the contract
